Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Renton Sunny Daycare website and our text-message program. By using the site, submitting a form, or opting in to texts, you agree to them. The care relationship itself — hours, tuition, policies, and the trial period — is governed by the parent handbook and the enrollment agreement you sign with Shamso Saeed, not by this page.

Text-message (SMS) program terms

• Program. Renton Sunny Daycare Texts. When you opt in, Renton Sunny Daycare sends automated text messages about tour scheduling, enrollment follow-up, and updates about your child's care (pickup and drop-off timing, closures, and reminders).
• How you opt in. By entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our tour, enrollment, or WCCC enrollment form at rentonsunnydaycare.com.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies; families using pickup and drop-off may receive messages daily.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
• Cancel. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. You can opt back in by submitting a form again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@rentonsunnydaycare.com.
• Consent is not required to tour, enroll, or receive care. If you do not opt in, we will contact you by phone and email.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to your carrier’s network.
• Your number. You confirm you are the account holder for the number you provide, or have the holder’s permission, and that you will tell us if the number changes hands.
• Privacy. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

Using the website

• The site is for parents and guardians looking for child care. Use it honestly and only submit information about yourself and children in your care.
• Don’t scrape the site, submit automated form entries, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.
• Content, photos, and text on the site belong to Renton Sunny Daycare and may not be reused without permission.

Tours, enrollment, and fees

• Submitting a tour or enrollment form is a request, not a guarantee of a spot. Enrollment is confirmed only when Shamso confirms it with you and the enrollment paperwork is complete.
• The $50 registration fee is non-refundable, due at enrollment. Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms.
• Tuition, late-pickup, overtime, and other fees are set out in the parent handbook, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.
• Pricing on the site reflects the current state Early Achievers Level 3, Region 4 daily rates and may change; the rate in your signed enrollment agreement is the one that applies.

Third-party services

Payments (Stripe), email (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), and hosting (Vercel) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors on their side, though we will do our best to help you sort them out.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Renton Sunny Daycare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the text-message program. Nothing here limits the duties we owe you under our DCYF license or your enrollment agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or the text program after a change means you accept the new terms.
