WCCC subsidy enrollment
Using a Working Connections subsidy? Start here.
Renton Sunny Daycare accepts WCCC (Working Connections Child Care), the DSHS subsidy that covers most of your child care costs while you work, look for work, or attend school. We work with families in transitional housing, shelter referrals, and community-center coordinators.
Hi! What's your name?
We'll call you back personally — Shamso handles every WCCC family herself.
What is WCCC, briefly?
Working Connections Child Care is a Washington State subsidy run by DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services). If you qualify based on income and work/school activity, the state pays your licensed child care provider directly for most of the tuition.
Eligibility, copay amount, and authorized hours are decided by your DSHS case worker. Renton Sunny Daycare is a state-licensed provider (WA DCYF License PL-82495) and accepts WCCC at the standard state rate.
If you're working with a shelter case worker or community-center coordinator, share this page with them — it has everything they need to refer a family to us.
